Water pump repair...1984 Evinrude 8hp - gasket sealant???

This weekend I planned on replacing impeller on my 1984 8hp longshaft but I can't find OMC gasket seal for the two small gaskets in the pump. can anyone suggest a sub if I can't locate it?? It also specifies OMC needle bearing grease for the pump as well....even harderto locate. I think it is for a small pc on the pump shaft.

did the waterpump/impellar on my 15 hp evinrude there is a key that holds impellar to drive shaft,
I used a dab of marine grease to hold in place while I slid impellar onto driveshaft and over key.....
other than that my local marine shop instructed me to not use grease in impellar housing it will
cause damage to impellar-instead use a dab of dish soap on impellar plate....

If you can't find the OMC product you could use Permatex # 3 .
