where is the pee hole for this motor,85hp evinrude starflite,85-193a.thanks for the help

the exhuast relief ports on the back of the leg, about 4 inches down for cowl. should get mist, or droplets at idle.

As TDaddy said, the dual holes on the back of the leg are the telltale on these, no 'stream' of water as new engines. There is sticky somewhere that has a procedure for you to add a 'streaming' one yourself though..
