water leak from 2000 Johnson Ocean Pro 115

I started up my engine for the first time after winter storage and there is now water pouring out from the bottom of the upper unit. There is still a good stream coming from the normal output. Anybody know what this might be?

are we talking about in between the lower unit and the mid section where the air slots are

No, it seems to be coming out of the bottom of the block somewhere near the bottom part of the upper cowl.
