Default reassemble 94 Johnson 150 Fast Strike

I am about start the reassembling process of my (see above) power head and power head to mid exhaust section.

I removed the heads with the water jackets attached only. Can I reuse the O rings or should I use new? (18 years old)
I will use O ring adheshive when I replace, as I always do.

I removed the carb assemblies as three per side. Again rubber gaskets, I believe, OK to reuse? No appart leaks earlier. Didn't go any further.
Removed power head only to figure out the lower unit froze and NOT the power head.

    Replace all O-rings with new!
Be careful using adhesive. The O-ring is the seal, when using adhesive that becomes the seal and breaks down easier than the O-ring. Only use adhesive if needed to keep in place during assembly and never on fuel side.
