    Default quick start on 2000 175 Johnson

    I have a question about my quick start system on my 2000 175 Johnson . When I start it cold , it start right up but seems to run ruff until the quick start circuit shut off in about 1min or so ( I am in fl ) the power pack is only a yr old and omc replacment .Thanks for the input . JJB

    It is operating correctly. It will do this everytime you start it untill one of these occur: (A) head temp reaches 100" F (B) engine is rev'ed over 1500rpm several times
    When in doubt,Trim it out!!!
