Need info on old Evinrude Ranger motor

I am looking for information on an old motor I have. I think it's from mid to late 1930s.

Nice little motors. After you get it running, remember that you have to readjust the carb jet/needle when you go from idle to fast and vice versa. You have to find the sweet spot every time you move the throttle.
