need assistance wiring 1965 evinrude starflite 90hp

ok,i scored a new boat from my brother.Its a1995 14.6 seaswirl-good shape.I dont know how to wire it? I have an ignition switch.The wires from the harness on the motor are bigtime faded and mismatched(spliced with different colored wire)Also the wires are missing that go to the coil.Can anybody help to get me on the lake. I sure do appreciate any help.thank you!!!!

You need a service manual for this engine. Since wire colors are faded and the harness has had other wires spliced into it, there is not much we can do to even talk you through this.
