my 03 johnson 150 wont get my 22ft wellscraft out of the water anymore- WHATS WRONG??

Ok so i have a 22ft wellcraft center console with a good 150 hp on it that should be pushing the boat on top of the water no prob but for some reason after having to get the motor rebuilt from a piston going out she hasnt ran perfect since. i have also change spark plugs, completely cleaned the carbs, changed filters, changed gas, & changed the top electrical pack that my plugs hooked to cause the right one wasnt firing @ all. the motor runs good no probs starting or running rough or anything BUT for some reason she's just not getting the power she used to to push the boat on top of the water. so now what else could be my problem?? someone told me the whole electrical power pack could be slowly going out- is that true?? dang i sure hope not thats the last thing i wanna shell out- 259.00 for the pack. PLEASE help me with some answers its getting to good boat weather & my 2 kids love to go on the boat- and mama CANT disappoint them. thanks hope to hear from someone soon

First you should tell the engine rebuilder of the poor perforance,then its off to checking the spark and compression,there is possibility of a bad prop,dirty boat bottom,water in fuel,the list is too long.Did the rebuilder ever determine why it blew ?that is a very important piece of info,or it can happen again.Running it when not performing to optimum performance will likely damage it

Start with a compression test for all 6 cylinders and then verify spark that will jump a 7/16 inch gap on all 6. Get back with that information and we can start to dial in on your problem. Also what year and model are we talking about?
