johnson 1995 venom 200hp

I have a 1995 johnson venom 200hp motor runs good up to 5200 rpms and them just shuts down into safe mode I can stop and restart the motor and then I can run up 5200rpms again before shut down motor runs good up to that range any suggestings has anyone else had this problem please help.

I'd say its not running good up to 5200,
its overheating or fuel starving but your alarms aren't working.
Test the alarms. Get the factory manual.
