I need help with Johnson venom 200

I am a newbie to this site and hoping that I can get some HELP!! Its time to FISH!!!!

I have a 98 Johnson Venom 200:
The boat starts easily idles great but when I first take off it bogs down. It takes about 2 blks to plane out and then once it gets going 45-50 mph it acts like I'm letting off and on, on the gas. When I pump the bulb up it never gets hard, its almost like it is sucking air between the bulb to the tank.

Is it a OMC bulb? If not I would install one.
Has it been sitting? Sounds like varnished, carbs.
Replace all fuel filters.

Yes it is and all of that has been done, it runs much smoother since that was done, but still romps going across the lake. Thanks for the quick response.
