    Default Evinrude 15hp 4 stroke 1995

    Does anyone have experience with the carburator accelerator pump diaphram assembly? There are two metal disc that appear to have seperated from the rubber diaphram. Should they be attached? Can I glue them back in place? any information would be helpful. Thanks
