    Default 96 Johnson 25HP problem at full throttle

    My 1996 25HP Johnson starts great idles great and runs great till you give it full throttle. It feels like the prop slips intermittently. Any ideas?

    Could very well be that the hub, which is made of rubber, is slipping. Take it to a prop shop for a rehub. This is a common problem.
