Default '87 110hp Evinrude starting problems

Recently bought a 1987 Cajun Basstactics with a 110hp Evinrude. Was doing minor maintenance to make sure it was ready for the water. Hooked the hose to it, started it and ran it through the gears. Shut it down for a minute then tried to re-start. Didn't start and tilt/trim wouldn't work. Didn't even get the tone when the key was turned. Batteries check good, proper voltage at starter, dead-man switch in place Any help would be appreciated.

There is a 20 amp fuse in the engine wiring harness under the cowling. If that fuse blows, the engine will go dead. You will have voltage at the starter.
