84 70hp wiring diagram for the trim relay

I have been trying to find a wiring diagram for the relay block. My trim doesn't go up or down and the motor is fine if you jump the wiring everything works(new trim control as well). While checking with a voltmeter at the relays(new) every once in a while it worked so I am guessing I have a short. But, I would like to find a diagram to ensure everything goes where it should when I rewire it. Anyone have a clue where I can find one?

Best bet is to get yourself a factory OEM manual.

Is your starter affected, too? possibly the 20Amp fuse? It covers both starter and PTT. I'm having the devil of the time with my 1987 70.
I might have the manual, need to check at home.

will that diagram be the same for a 1980 johnson t/t 115 hp if it is i can use it also. does anyone know the wiring for the t/t on the motor button itself someone cut them off also..
