80's Evinrude 150 Trim/Tilt wiring diagram

I am trouble shooting a power trim tilt on my 80-something? 150hp V6 Evinrude. Can anyone help me with the wiring diagram, looks like there are five wires coming off of the trim (Blk, Blk/Blu) (Blk, Grn, Blu). Egine goes up, but doesn't go down, any troubleshooting tips apreciated. (I do have a volt/ohms meter) Thanks in advance.

I'm also looking for a good mechanic in Ventura, CA to Tune it up once a year and fix anything big that goes out. Thanks Again.

there are different schematics based on different years so give us a little more info to work with. the black/green/blue are the wires that run the motor up and down. I haven't seen any black/blue wire on any schematics. there is a black wire that comes from sending unit. you could just have a bad relay or switch

I am having a similar issue, only I have 5 wires (blue/white, brown/white, blue/white, black, and red/white) coming from the Bombadier control, and only 3 wires coming from the motor (86 70hp Evinrude). I assume two of the wires are for a gauge (which I don't have), but have tried several combinations and can't get the tilt to work. Any ideas? Thanks.
