Hi i am new here and i just bought a 2000 4 stroke 9.9 evinrude. I started it on the lake today and the idle was to fast for me to be able to trolle. I couldnt find the idle screw on the carb. I also noticed that my throttle grip wouldn't go all the way back where it should go. So i started to turn the knob on the end of my grip and the knob locked on me. Can any one help me or give me any ideas.
