2003 johnson starves for fuel
Is there anybody that can fix a 150hp 2003 johnson with ois ignition. Starts fine runs good. Stop and fish a for an hour. Restart and it starves for fuel at low rpm. Once you get going it runs fine.

Re: 2003 johnson starves for fuel
I have a similar issue with my '98 Johnny 150HP. I am not sure it is starving for fuel upon restart however.
I advance the throttle in neutral, start it up and let her run a minute, before I put it in gear. That seems to solve it.
BTW - This just started happening. When I go tit three years ago, it ran perfect all the time. My guess is carbs are out of adjustment or dirty.
