Default 2001 Johnson 50 HP Spark on one plug

Have a 2001 Johnson 50 HP just started having problems recently. I took the pontoon out and ran compression check have 120 in both cylinders. Clean new fuel filter. I switched spark plug cables around. I am not getting "spark" to the top cylinder regardless of which spark plug wire I tried so it has to be upline. Any help would be appreciated. New to the forum. Thanks!

Might be power pack, might be sensor coil.
Check for signal going into power pack from sensor coil, best to use a DVA, but even a multimeter might do. If signal from sensor coils and swapping coils make no difference, change power pack.
