    Default 2000 evinrude 4-stroke running rich - vent tube?

    I have a 2000 9.9 hp 4-stroke with a strange problem. It ran hot due to a worn impellor. Now it's running rich and stalling due to lot's of fuel coming out of the vent tube that runs from the cyl head cover back to the carb. Any idea what's going on?
