    drill and tap into the plate on the side (make sure you do it at the right place i can get you a pic later),thread a nipple into it and then buy a fuel pump that runs on pulse pressure, 3 nipple type. very easy to convert it,

    What is wrong with it? Why does it need fixing? Is it in the line or at the motor or at the fuel tank? If it leaks air or fuel you can replace the "O" rings.

    he's got at least three threads on this. I answered two of them as to how to change the o rings. It may be a lost cause. Don't know what else to do except do it for him.

    yeah i assumed the obvious since those old tanks are hard to find, thanks for your input.
