1998 Evinrude 150 trim problem

My 1998 Eveinrude 150 power trim and tilt stopped working. I can apply power directly to the trim motor with a jumper wire and it will run. I checked the relays and they are working but I am not getting power out of the plug connection for the two wires that run to the trim motor. Also I the electric choke is not working and the alarm buzzer does not sound when the ignition is turned on. Any ideas?

In my previous post I negleted to mention that the engine will turn over and start.

sounds like an your not getting power to the accy.terminal,on the switch,perhaps the switch is having problems,look for a problem in the switch area or ,at harness connection

Both the trim switch on the engine cowling and the switch at the helm will cause the relays to engage (click is heard) but no power out of the connector that has the two wires going to the trim motor. I took the relays out and checked them with a meter and they are functioning.
