    Default 1998 9.9 evinrude 4 stroke helppp!!!

    this motor starts and runs good but if you try and give it more than 1/4 throttle it will just climb and fall it will not accelerate it won't stall . when you return to idle it will smooth out again. Carb is clean checked feul tank and line all good . any ideas ignition or still fuel problem?

    Could possibly be a blown hub in the prop??
