1996 115 johnson carb replacement

Hello everyone, I need to replace my top carb on my 115 johnson because of a rebuild mishap. I have been looking around for the last two weeks and can't seem to find an exact match off of any old motors. I can't afford to spend the $450 dollars for a new one. The carb has a 1-5/16" bore size and a part number of 0437205. Can I just get a 1-5/16" bored carb off of any motor and use the existing bowl to match? Some of the 140hp and 80 and 90hp motors have this same bore size. This is really frustrating as I cannot get anyone to return my calls or get back to me about a replacement. I must have made 15 phone calls to try and find this part and nobody has that model year or they don't return my calls. Any help is appreciated, maybe one of you guys has one of these laying around.

Are you sure of that part number? I see a few part numbers for that year and hp.

Its either that one or 439728 or 438931. The model number is E115TXADA, I pulled this number off **********.

OK, E115TXADA is an Evinrude model number... and the part number I show for the carb assembly on that model is 0437205.

You might be looking for the wrong part number. You should probably go back and double check the model number on the motor, then check it against this link...
