Default 1993 Johnson 175 VRO Pimer

I noticed my oil level hasen't moved much after two full tanks of gas. I always add a quart or extra when I fill up just in case the oiler stops working. So no alarms have sounded. My primer bulb for the oil tank is not getting tight, could that be the problem?I tried pumping the bulb with the engine running, but it still stayed soft. However it did smoke more than it was before I pumped it. What should I do?

use 50:1 mix until problem is solved. First place i would look is the pickup in the oil tank. Next thing is find out why you had no alrms. good luck
