    Default 1993 Evinrude 50 assisted hydrolic tilt

    Hi, any advice on this subject greatly appreciated.
    The wire that goes from the hydraulic cyliner to the lever has broken with the engine in the down position, how do i get to it to try and repair ? in other words is there a way of releasing the pressure with out resorting to stripping the saddle , can i just remove the bottom pivot bolt on the cylinder ?
