Tried starting the motor after garaged for a year.
Will not start, or stay running, without the primer (key push) pushed in. Let the primer out and it dies.
Need to keep the throttle 1/2 - W.O. in order to start.
When it does start, billows white smoke like sea foam.
Then runs for only a few seconds and dies.
I cannot find posts pertaining to both the primer and smoke problems. Does this sound like a minor tune up fix or something larger?
