I have an '89 Johnson 110 HP that has trouble turning over at times. It usually starts right when I put it in the water, but after I cut the engine off it has trouble starting. It just makes a clicking noise when I turn the key. I'm not sure of the technical names of the parts, but the small round component with grooves in it that spins and pops up to the larger round component with grooves in it doesn't work when this happens. To make it start, I have to take the top of off the motor and then turn the key while physically pushing up the smaller part to make it pop up to make the engine actually turn over. It will then start and run fine. The batteries are fully charged. Please help. E-mail if you will at CMBAKE31@aol.com
