1986 Johnson 110 hp.. has rough idle any ideas how to fix a misfire?

Hi.. It never ends.. I have this 110 Johnson and having an idle problem.. It feels like it has a miss... It is very smooth running at high rev. it seems fine ...Only at low end it has the miss... Any ideas for this problem.. Thanks Wayne

Is your idle miss a lean sneeze? A miss every few seconds-like a cough? If so, it's a carb problem, not ignition. You may need to tear into your carbs and clean the passages inside with a carb cleaner product. The lean sneeze is only an idle issue. Does not explain any high speed problem.
