As in people, there comes a time in your life when you realize what boat will always matter, what boat does matter, & what boat never did. So don't worry about the boats from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future..

What in particular are you looking for? Looks like a rope start, long shaft(20") 45 HP Motor. Uses QL16V Champion spark plugs, which are a surface gap plug.

About the only one I know of is a CMC power T & T unit..Very pricy though and have a 6" setback I believe. So steering cable length may be a problem. I'm sure there are OEM units that will fit. Just not sure which one. You might visit http://tcoutboard.com and give them a call. I would imagine a unit off a 1985(And probably other years) 50 HP would work...Once you find out what will work, visit Ebay for a better price...

yeah, i knew about the cmc but the dealer is telling me they have no listing for my motor. age thing i guess. they also told me that there was never a power trim and tilt made for the commercial units. is a 50 hp same housing?

The CMC unit will work on your motor. Also,I'd bet the brackets are the same, so I would think a T & T unit from a 50 would work. Give those folks in the previous post a call. They will know for sure...
