I can get the motor running in one shot but its idling at 1500rpm if i try to drop it lower it stops... then i have the problem of bringing it into gear and revving it a little bit and it starts to rev uncontrollably... can i get some help with this please its my first boat and motor and i really want to take it out soon... Thank You
