1982 70 hp johnson loosing pwr when warm

Motor starts good. New plugs and coils. Compression 132 in all 3 cyl. Runs good untill warmed up, then drops power like its loosing 1 or 2 cyl. Plugs are wet when checked, and eventually foul. Cant run over 4200 rpm or it fails sooner. I am thinking power pack?? Any other ideas?

I read on another post somewhere that you can run it on muffs and use a hair dryer to heat up the powerpack and see if it will fail that way. i saw you on my post and thought i would throw this in. not to many jumping in or either post is there. guess they are all gone fishing
