1982 25 hp johnson primer knob

Hi guys ,
I wan wondering if somebody could explain to me step by step how to remove primer knob from the motor body...
I am moving from a carburetor with primer to one with choke...
Long story short choke goes on primer spot but I dont want to break it and I cant figure out how to safely remove the primer knob...

The 82 did not have a primer pump as choke, 92 did?
To get the knob off, remove the small screw #14.

Tnx for the prompt response got it out installed choke instead and works perfectly....
Can You tell me when they introduced the primer for the 25 hp sea horse...
