    Default 1981 9.9 EVINRUDE DOESNT PUMP WATER

    I CHANGED WATERPUMP BLEW OUT THE LINES STILL DOESNT PUMP WATER..ANY IDEAS ANYONE?

    Are you sure you aligned the tube running from the pump to the powerhead when you reinstalled the lower unit.Backlash

    After you check everything as posted, replace the watertube under the powerhead.
