    Default 1981 175hp evinrude starting problems

    Hey does anyone know what this problem might be? It sounds like to me it couldby be athere timing problem. it's the first sound that you hear. Let me know if video doesn't work.

    To me it looks like your battery is weak. Might not be spinning fast enough to start the motor.
    1975 Starcraft SS-16' / 1977 Evinrude 75hp now w/ CMC power trim and tilt
    17p prop- 36 mph @ 5900 rpm ( 2 people, 12 gals fuel, 2 batteries)

    1975 Starcraft Super Sport- Resto currently "in progress"
