    Default 1980 Johnson with power tilt and trim

    i have a 1980 johnson Seahorse outboard and the motor has went out on the tilt and trim i used the manual release and the trim rods are still out when the motor is down need help with getting them down.

    did you tighten the manual release back up before you tried tilting down?

    Yeah we tighten the screw. We had the motor rebuilt works perfect thanks for replying
