    Default 1978 Johnson 75 HP Outboard - No spark

    My engine has no spark. My manual suggests the use of a neon tester to check the powerpack. I can't find a neon tester anywhere. How do I test the powerpack? I have tested just about every other part, but I want to be sure before I buy the powerpack! Please help! Thanks!
