already been through carbs all orfices open and clean been through sink and link but wont idle when adjusted exactly as service manual says to anyone been through this one getting pretty frustrated as been tweaking on for 3 weeks now off and on:

Have you tried replacing the fuel filter and diaphram in the fuel pump? it maybe as easy as that.

did you remove the slow and high speed jets, and clean them, did you blow out the high and low speed pickup tubes. did you change fuel line to alcohol resistiant fuel lines.

yes on the jets being clean and blown out with carb cleaner . watched cleaner coming out of all the right places . new fuel lines from the tank to the carbs. did not replace fuel pump after inspecting diaphram for any pin holes with flashlight. floats sit level . motor had been in storage for years but ran when stored
