Default 1973 Evinrude 115hp frozen Flywheel

I have 1973 Evinrude that I been using for ten years. This year I took it out of winter and found my starter will not move the flywheel. I tried moving the flywheel (with plugs out) with a wrench and it is frozen. Are my pistons ceased? Maybe got moisture in cylinder which ceased the ceased pistons? What can I do?Thanks Walt

First off you need to find out if its really the powerhead or the lower unit. Drop the lower unit and then see if the flywheel will turn. If its the powerhead trim engine up and pour some marvel mystery oil in the cylinders and let sit for awhile and see if she breaks free.
