Default 1973 65hp johnson motor outboard

I have a 1973 outboard motor that I lifted all the way up and it locked in. How do you lower it back down? I just got this motor and I don't want to break anything. There are two pistons in the back is there a switch of some sort? Thanks for any help....

There should be a flip type lever on the port side of the engine at the transom bracket. Flip it in the opposite dircection, lift the engine slightly, then lower it.
