1971 johnson outboard no spark

model #6oesl-71c . no spark to plugs tested coil and got good ohms no spark from coil per tester what could it be . First time boat owner

It started after a long time trying when I got it .It started 2 days ago at home ,but now it dont start .It cranks just fine

did you clean the coil grounds? clean the carb? try putting 1/2 tsp mixed fuel in the cylinders then start it,if it runs for a short time you have a fuel delivery problem

Cleaned the carbs It is getting fuel but no spark. I am not to good with motors.I baught it because I had it running .

I heard it could be the kill switch wire , where is that and what color is it, where does it lead to
