Any ideas on where to get a cover/lid for a 1969 25HP Outboard Evinrude. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hoods are always turning up on eBay, too. Functionally, the hoods from most any 1960s 18/25hp Evinrude will work well enough to keep the critters out. More than likely your local Johnrude dealer may have a back room, shed, basement, attic, etc. that accumulates the "junque" of long gone motors. Might be worth a look now that the season is winding down...- Scott
