1964 johnson seahorse 5.5hp fuel mix ratio

i have a johnson seahorse 5.5hp engine code CD-21A does anyone know the correct fuel mix ratio i should be running on , it will be mineral oil not synthetic im using. thanks.

there is some controversy, as to which to run 24/1 or 50/1. my manual states 50/1, twc3 outboard motor oil, as long as it is rated tcw3, petrol or synthenic is fine.
