    Default 1964 Fisherman only runs WOT

    Hey guys,
    I have a 1964 Evinrude Fisherman that only wants to run WOT. As soon as you back it off it wants to die unless you choke it. Any suggestions?

    I rebuilt the carb a couple yrs ago and it ran great except for the last time I took it out. Maybe some dirt in a needle? It runs ok wide open, but thats all.
