We are currently trying to resurrect my Dads old boat. It hasnt been run in a while but has been in a heated garage every year since it was bought by my grandfather in 1966. We cleaned the Carb, checked the fuel lines, freed up the flywheel, lubricated the cylinders, replaced the plugs, replaced the battery. We got the engine to turn over and have gas going to the plugs. However, we are getting no spark in the plugs. We tested wire continuity and to ground. It seems that we have no juice getting to the coil behind the flywheel. Can anyone help with what I should be looking at doing. I think the stator is good. Cleaned the points on the distributor. Thanks in advance!
