    Default 1956 Johnson 10HP Conversion?

    I have a 1956 Johnson 10 HP that has hardly been used. I have been told that it can be converted to 15 HP but don't know how to do it or where to get the parts.

    I would also like to convert it off the pressurized fuel tank to a fuel pump and regular fuel tank. Can this be done? If so, how?

    The 15HP FD-10 is a larger displacement than the 10HP QD-17. Forget about converting. It would be a lot less cost to just go buy a FD.
