    Default 1998 Zodiac oar lock replacement

    Ok I realize the oar lock replacement is straight forward but I can't seem to see an easy way to get the rope out so I can do the replacement. When I deflate the boat and pop the ends out they seem to be permenently attached to the rope. Am I missing something here, how do you get them throught the caps first and then through the oar lock pin.
