Default Honda Four Stroke (9.9 hp)

A friend loaned me this outboard yesterday to test a home built boat I've been working on. When I pulled it from the water (salt) I could not find any openings on the motor lower unit to attach my water flush attachment - this is the type that has 2 rubber cups on each side that grasp around the sides of the lower unit and a hose bib. I really want to flush this out with fresh water ASAP but the local Honda dealer is closed until tomorrow. Can anyone offer me some advice here?

You could use a bucket or a drum with fresh water in it to flush the motor. Good luck:Rodney

My Honda 4- 9.9 has the water intakes right behind the prop on the lower unit. ??
