Honda 135 Four Stroke O/b Help

Hey guys! Hope things are going well for you all.
I have a new boat and a new problem.
Got a 2008 135 Four Stroke BF135akl Model on my new boat, well when putting the hood back on I broke off some sort of electrical part in the front of the engine right by where the Mounting pin is for the hood. I dont know what this part is, its got a connector with 4 pins I think on it, and appears to be almost riveted in place, most likely have to drill out the posts to replace it. Does anyone know what this part is and where I can get one and the cost?

You have broken the throttle position sensor (TPS). It is not available seperately. It comes on the throttle body. Part number 16400-ZY6-003. Retail is $428.86 Dlr net is $300.20. It is in a poor location and easily damaged. Have your dealer call the Honda tech-line and ask for goodwill consideration. They may pay for complete repair or just parts.

Thanks Bud, Just found that BAD news out today. Ouch..... Since the boat is not even a week old they are going to try and warranty it. Cross your fingers, I got mine crossed. LOL...

I thought these problems would go away when I bought a new boat.. DAMN
