Has Honda ever made a 2-stroke outboard?

My friend is telling me she mixes the gas on her Honda 9.9 on her sailboat. I am thinking to my self she's doing somthing wrong here. I thought honda only made 4-strokes.

The 9.9 needs a decarb, then straight 87 octane gasoline. Your friend then REALLY needs an owners manual.

never made a 2 stroke, just learned this from dealer training
the 2 hp has no oil filter it is air cooled

Oh man this is funny. Its my bosses sail boat which I have never seen in person. I told her I think Honda ONLY makes 4-strokes but she insists that her father told her to mix the oil into the gas since it used to be his boat years ago. I can't really bring this up in a good way. lol
