2002 90 hp 4-stroke honda bf90AFL bogs down at full throttle.

I bought this boat used a couple of months ago. First time taking it out it ran fine. It is slow at 20 mph with 3 people in it pushing a 20 ft crestliner aluimuin boat.

2nd trip when at full throttle it slowed down then starts to bog out. I put it to neutral and throttle it slowly and it will go full speed then bog down after 100 yards or less. If I throttle it fast it dies. It seems it bogged down just going trolling speed after awhile.

Any help I would greatly appreciate
